Refund policy
Prodigy Skateshop wants you to get what you want. If you would like to exchange or return an item please email us at prodigyboardshop@gmail.com or Call 559-297-1515. Returns and exchanges must be submitted within 20 days of the invoice date. Shipping Charges are not refundable.

Clothing
- All clothing must be returned unwashed and unworn with the original tags still attached.
- No stains, pet hair, human hair, make-up, smoke smell, or other smells.
- Clothing that has been worn and or washed cannot be exchanged or returned.
Shoes
- Shoes must be returned unworn in new condition in original box.
- Please use the box the shoes were shipped in to return them. Do not place any shipping labels or tape directly on the shoe box please.
- Please make sure shoes do not have any sock fuzz/lint, human or pet hair, dirt, or any other substances before returning them.
Skateboards, Skateboard Decks and Parts.
- Skateboards must be returned without being skated.
- All skateboard decks cannot be exchanged or returned if gripped or assembled.
- All skateboard parts cannot be exchanged or returned once assembled.
- Shrink wrapped product must be returned with the wrap still sealed.
All Mystery Box Sales are not returnable. Sales are final on these products.
Once we receive your returned item or items and approve the return we will refund your Purchase or exchange your product if that is what you requested.
